2. Services Offered

Igorlex provides legal services related to intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patent registration, trademark registration, copyright issues, licensing, litigation, and consultation.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. Any misrepresentation or omission of essential details may impact the quality and outcome of services.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1. Fees for services rendered by Igorlex will be determined based on the nature and complexity of the work.

4.2. Clients will receive a detailed fee structure upon engagement, outlining the costs associated with specific services.

4.3. Payment terms are fixed by Igorlex. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

5. Confidentiality

Igorlex maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information and matters discussed during consultations. Client data will be protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Igorlex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for settling any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved by Arbitration and governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Igorlex will be the sole authority to appoint the Arbitrator. The award of the Arbitrator will be final and binding on both the parties. The place of such Arbitration shall be Ernakulam, Kerala, India and the proceedings shall be in English language

9. Amendments

Igorlex reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement with Igorlex will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein.

10.2. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
